It seems they provide a free booklet on making PCBs at home. They provide

complete kits for the following:

o Dry Film Photoresist          o Photo Reversing

o Resist Etched Circuits        o Screen Printing

        o Art Layout                    o Nameplates

        o "And More"

"Call us for more information and get your FREE booklet on how you can get

started making your own PCB's with [our] products." That also seem to

specify that the provide, "high quality materials and step-by-step

 instructions".

"The SMT-1000 - SMT Prototyping Boards"

"[It] allows the placement of more than one IN on the board [...] Each SMT

pad is connected to a plated-through hole that interconnects it to other

points on the board with wire links. [From the picture, it looks like a

'breadboard' for SMT devices: you solder them to the pads provided and

interconnect them with wire links... might be VERY useful for converting

SMT devices to other socket-formats for prototyping...]"

"[...] Two power busses simplify power connections. [...] The SOIC-16's

 will accommodate 8, 14, or 16 pin SOIC's, the SOIC-20W will accommodate

 16 or 20 pin wide-body SOIC or an 8, 14, or 16 pin SOIC, and the SOIC-24W

 will accommodate 16, 20, or 24 wide-body SOIC or an 8, 14, or 16 SOIC."

"Two PLCC areas permit greater selection of PLCC sizes (20 to 100 pin).

A small section with thru-hole pads spaced at 0.1-inch is available for

 combined SMT and leaded assembly"

"Price: $18.95 each"

I also have tried the transparency method and failed miserably.  I found

a place here in Columbus that sells these great tone transfer sheets.  I

have had great success with these sheets on print circuit boards and even

when making faceplaces etc. for things.  The sheets look like they have a

teflon like coating on them or something.  They are also reusable!
