1 1/2 oz  Dark Creme de Cacao

3/4 oz    cream


Pour the creme de cacao int large cordial glass. Take

a spoon and invert it over the top of the liquid.

Pour cream slowly over the back of the spoon and the

cream will float on top. Put a pick through a cherry

and lay it on top.

4 ice cubes

1 1/2 oz Metaxa Grand Fine Brandy

1 dash Angostura bitters

5 oz pineapple juice

1 maraschino cherry

1 thin orange slice


Combine all ingredients and stir. Garnish with cherry

and orange slice. This hasn't failed yet.
