The fact of the matter is that a BBS operator may be arrested because of things that the BBS users placed on their system.  It remains to be seen whether you can be convicted of crimes on that basis, but the initial outlook is not good.  If nothing else the mere time it takes to get through the court system could do you in.  It's quite likely that the systems curr
