CAPPUCCINO TRUFFLES

                       CAPPUCCINO TRUFFLES


2 T. instant coffee
2 T. orange juice
2 T. brandy flavoring
7 oz. marshmallow creme
3 c. crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 T. orange peel
2 T. cocoa
2 T. powdered sugar
coconut to coat truffles

          Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavoring.
Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer.  Add crumbs,
pecans and peel.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Roll half of balls in
combined cocoa and powdered sugar.  Roll remaining balls in
coconut.  Chill.  Makes about 5 dozen.
