Here's the complete episode guide for MacGyver, Seasons 1-6.
There are still some questions regarding original air-dates for a few
season 1 episodes. TV Guide dates didn't agree in some cases with
dates from the local paper. If anyone has the time to investigate
this further, it would be appreciated.

In the second season opener, a malfunctioning computer interprets

lab with only 30 minutes of air. Dana Elcar joins the cast as
Peter Thornton.
9/29/86 The Eraser
MacGyver inadvertently leads a hit man to his target, a man the
government wants alive for selling information to the East Germans,
and the mob wants dead for double-crossing some foreign clients.

MacGyver and Thornton operate an unauthorized sting to get back
life savings of a friend who was swindled by a dangerous con
