Welcome to Novell's Netware Lite Fax Information System.  This automated

technical support allows you to retrieve up to date information on upgrade

reports, installation tips, product information, etc., via fax machine 24

hours a day.  Here's how to use it.


1. You can call from a regular touch-tone phone or a fax machine.  If you do

   not call from a fax machine you will be prompted to enter the phone number

   of the fax machine where your fax should be sent.


2. Dial 1-8---NETWARE, press the star (*) key during the recorded message. 

   This will transfer you to the fax system.


3. Follow the prompts.  When the system asks which document you wish to

   receive enter the document number(s) listed in the master document.  You

   can receive up to 3 documents per call.
