Fettuccini Alfredo
Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta 1 lb Fettuccini 3/4 cup Butter 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 cups Half and Half Cream Melt butter in saucepan, stir in cream and cheese; simmer, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and smooth. Cook fettuccini, drain, do not rinse. Pour piping hot sauce over drained fettuccini and toss gently.
