Matzoh Balls
Matzoh Balls Miscellaneous 2 Tbs. Margarine or Butter 2 Eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup Matzoh Meal 1 tsp. Salt 2 Tbs. Chicken Soup Salt Mix margarine (or butter) and eggs together, add matzoh meal and salt, which were first mixed together. When well blended, add soup stock or water. Cover mixing bowl and put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Remove matzoh meal mixture from refrigerator, roll into small balls. drop gently into boiling water. Cover pot and cook 40-50 minutes. Makes 6-8 matzoh balls.
