I really find this group fascinating. I've never been involved in any
"unexplained" phenomenon. I'm sitting the fence as to whether I believe any
of it. I have a few questions for all those "believers" out there.
1) How does one become "a UfO investigator"?
2) Do you believe EVERYTHING?!? I just read the list of people speaking at
that UFO convention in Tuscon. Some of them sound believable, but many sound
like complete fakes. Is there any kind of peer review? If they believe a

I really find this group fascinating. I've never been involved in any
"unexplained" phenomenon. I'm sitting the fence as to whether I believe any
of it. I have a few questions for all those "believers" out there.
1) How does one become "a UfO investigator"?
2) Do you believe EVERYTHING?!? I just read the list of people speaking at
that UFO convention in Tuscon. Some of them sound believable, but many sound
like complete fakes. Is there any kind of peer review? If they believe a
story is a haox, do they report it anyway?

THE SPEAKERS
Internationally recognized speakers have been invited from all over the
world to deliver platform presentations on the latest UFO and ET events
taking place in their region. We have carefully selected these speakers
to avoid repetition of earlier presentations, and the well known and much
discussed cases and data. But we have included some classic cases and
events that have been publicized here since their introductory event,
such as the Zanfretta case in Italy and the Marius de Wilde case in
France. Our invited speakers include the following:
1. Antonio Ribera of Barcelona Spain
Antonio Ribera was the principal and long-time investigator of the UMMO
case in Spain, eventually becoming one of the UMMO contactees himself.
Ribera has written some 20 books on UFOs, including 4 volumes on the UMMO
contacts with the Madrid group alone. The Ummites had contacts with
similar groups in a number of other nations as well, including West
Germany, Denmark, France, the USSR, Brazil, Bolivia, Australia, China,
the U.S.A., etc. but these have been successfully kept quiet for many
years. The Ummites have come and gone several times over the last forty
years, but they are now back and active in several countries again, and
Ribera is being contacted again as he was before. Ribera will brief the
congress on a summary of the UMMO contacts over the years and an update on
the new visitations taking place as you read this. He will offer
illustrations of documents and photographs supporting this case.
2. Rino de Stafano and Fortunato Zanfretta of Italy
Rino de Stafano, a young journalist, was one of the investigative
reporters who undertook a detailed examination of the Fortunato Zanfretta
abductions by giant green-skinned beings quite different in appearance
from Earth humanity, yet highly intelligent and benevolent toward Earth
humans. He examined the case and the evidence for years as the contacts
continued, and still continue today, and wrote a 250 page book on this
case. Zanfretta was given an object by the ETs which is carefully
safeguarded at this time. The object is a crystal sphere with a pyramid
inside that slowly illuminates and flashes glowing lights when held in the
hand. Its use is known only to Zanfretta who possesses it now. de Stafano
will present Fortunato Zanfretta and interpret for him for a statement to
the congress.
3. Dr. Roberto Pinotti of Italy
Roberto Pinotti is one of the longest term UFO researchers still very
active in this business. He has written a number of UFO books himself,
of which I have five in my collection. Dr. Pinotti is head of CUN
(National UFO Center) in Italy and the publisher of RNotiziario UFOS, the
main Italian UFO journal, and one of the best known UFO journals in the
world. Dr. Pinotti was the main investigator of the Italian UFO Flap of
1978-79, and will brief the Congress on this extensive UFO activity that
never got into our newspapers at all.
4. Dr. Marina Popovich of the USSR
Marina Popovich is a Russian Cosmonaut, a member of the Academy of
Sciences, and wife of Lt. General Pavel Popovich, also a Russian Cosmonaut
and officer in the Anomalous Phenomena Division of the Academy of
Sciences. Marina Popovich will present an Illustrated lecture on the
Voronezh landings and subsequent abductions in that case. The initial
landing was widely but inaccurately reported in the U.S.A. and the world
news media in 1989, but, unknown to the rest of the world, that was only
the beginning of a remarkable series of contacts that are still going on
today, including more than six abductions.
5. Vaslery Uvarov of Leningrad, USSR
Vaslery Uvarov is the principal investigator in the UFO landings and
contacts going on in Thiliai, Georgia, USSR. The contacts are probably
the most active in the world right now, and involve ET appearances and
activity several times every month. Photographs have been taken, and
movie footage filmed in these contacts, which show no sign of abating or
ceasing in the near future. Uvarov has been seeking a good portable video
camcorder to give to the contactee to try to get close-up views of the
ship and its occupants. He will present an illustrated lecture on the
Tbilisi contacts at this congress.
6. Dr. Viktor Kamprikin of the USSR
Dr. Viktor Kamprikin, a well known exobiologist of the Soviet Union,
became a UFO contactee in the course of his research, and was then taken
away from earth for 38 hours by extraterrestrial entities, with whom he
carried on extensive dialogue and rapport. Dr. Kamprikin will brief the
Congress on the development of his contacts, what he has learned, and on
his dialogue with those ET beings. Those contacts are continuing today
and more knowledge is being accumulated all the time.
7. Ryszard Z. Feijtek of Bialystok, Poland
Ryszard Z. Feijtek is a long time UFO researcher in his country, and
editor and publisher of the first UFO journal in Poland. He will present
an overview of the UFO phenomenon as seen from his position today in the
forefront of Polish UFO research and investigation. Feijtek heads the
Polish UFO Center and Agency RNol PressS.
8. Hakkan Biomqvist, Sweden
Hakkan Biomqvist is one of the worldUs longest-term UFO researchers, and
is the publisher of Arkivet UFO, the leading Swedish UFO journal. He has
personally investigated many Scandinavian UFO cases, including the
remarkable Helge ET contact case. Helge, a woodcutter, was given a metal
object that he carried on his person when he was taken to an ET underwater
base in the Bahamas. Mr. Biomqvist will brief of the Helge case and offer
documents and a photo of the metal object given Helge.
9. Anthony Dodd of England
Anthony Dodd, a retired English Police Inspector who had a close UFO
encounter of his own before retiring a few years ago, will deliver an
illustrated platform presentation on his encounter and the crash and
recovery of a flying-disc in the Kalahari Desert in South Africa. There
has been much controversy in this case, and some disinformation, over a
second set of spurious document introduced by a traveler from South
Africa. Dodd will update the report and correct the mis-information
introduced by the second set of documents.
10. Larry Fenwick of Canada
Larry Fenwick, a long-time UFO researcher in Canada has been following up
on a recent UFO crash and recovery near Ottawa. A disc-shaped craft was
reported to have been brought down by Canadian missiles near Carp on 4
November 1989, was recovered by Canadian Special Forces, and the craft
residue taken to Kanata near Ottawa. The Canadian government has thrown a
tight mantle of secrecy over the whole event. Fenwick will brief on what
is known so far on this most recent UFO recovery event.
11. Jun-Ichi Yaoi of Japan
Jun-Ichi Yaoi is one of the very few real UFO research stars of all time.
He has filmed more than a dozen UFO documentary specials for Nippon
Television, and others, traveling all over this world for material. He
has written many articles and even books on the subject of Unidentified
Flying Objects and their occupants. Jun-Ichi discovered and investigated
the ET contacts of Priest Kihon of Japan, a high ranking Buddhist in a
well known shrine temple in northern Japan. Priest Kihon personally became
an ET contactee, and upon their invitation, prepared himself, and was
taken aboard a ship, and was transported to his visitors home planet for
two weeks. There he learned those ETUs history and culture, and learned
to read and write their home language, and to translate it to Japanese.
He brought a message to the people of Earth from a leader of those ETUs,
back from the trip, which has never been widely published up to now.
Priest Kihon was also given an object by those ETs which is preserved in
vaults of his Buddhist temple. Jun-Ichi will deliver an illustrated
platform presentation on the case, and will show the alien writing and
translation, photos of the object, and will play the recorded message to
the People of Earth.
12. Zitha Rogriguez-Montiel of Mexico
Zitha Rogriguez, a well known Mexican journalist and former editor of
OCCULTO magazine, on metaphysical subjects and UFOs, is the principal
investigator and diligent interrogator of UFO contactee, Dr. Hernandez (a
pseudonym), a tenured Professor at the University of Mexico in Mexico
City, a Medical Doctor, head of the Immunology Laboratory, and Chief of
Radiation Medicine for the Mexican Atomic Energy Commission. Zitha
Rogriguez interviewed Prof. Hernandez at great length for over three years
on his ten year long series of recurring and on-going contacts, even as
those contacts were still taking place - and was once invited to accompany
the Professor to a contact. She filled scores of shorthand notebooks on
these interviews, from which she drew material for her book on that case,
RUFO CONTACT FROM ANDROMEDAS. The Professor has mysteriously disappeared
without a trace. Zitha will deliver an illustrated platform presentation
on that case at the Congress.
13. Dr. Leopoldo Dias-Martinez of Mexico
Dr. Leopoldo Dias is the Mexican M.D. who physically examined a live
extraterrestrial being and watched him walk away to join his fellow ETs.
Dr. Dias was persecuted by his fellow doctors and the Mexican Medical
Board over his report of the examination he filed. Fis competency to
practice was reviewed and he nearly lost his license, all for believing
the truth of his own experience. Dr. Dias will deliver an illustrated
platform presentation on his experience with the ET being and the
aftermath of that experience.
14. Enrique Castillo-Rincon of Venzuela
Eng. Enrique Castillo-Rincon is one of the early UFO contactees whose
experience began in the 1960s, and have continued on and off ever since.
His contacts have been with human entities much like us who told him they
had been here a long time up to then, and they demonstrated this. His
visitors said they came from a planet they called SHI-EL-LHO which orbits
a small sun in what we call the Pleiades star cluster. Rincon will
describe his first involuntary abduction and the follow-on contacts,
including a trip to an undersea base in the Pacific Ocean.
15. Dr. Walter K. Buhler of Brazil
Dr. Walter K. Buhler is one of the most famous names in the field of UFO
research. He is a retired M.D. and Surgeon from Rio de Janeiro who became
so interested in UFO phenomena when he worked for the Brazilian government
that he made it a lifelong personal pursuit then and ever since. He has
personally investigated some of the most famous UFO cases of all time,
including the Art,( Berlet abduction to a densely populated planet his
abductors called ACART for 8 days, and safe return, and the ongoing
contacts by those strange-looking humans who took their young black
security guard contactee from Mirassol to another planetary body and
brought him back safely. Both of those contacts are still going on. Dr.
Buhler will deliver an illustrated platform lecture on the Mirassol case,
its beginning, progress over 10 years time, and latest update information.
This man is a gold-mine of information. Besides authoring a book on the
Mirassol case, he is publisher of the long-standing SBEDV Journal, one of
the best sources of real fasctual information in the world, and has
authored a number of other great UFO books.
16. Prof. A. J. Gevaerd of Brazil
Prof. A. J. Gevaerd, a high school teacher, began his UFO investigations
early-on in his life, and continues to this day. He has personally
investigated a number of great UFO cases in Brazil, including the
involuntary abduction of two young brothers at Maringa. Strangely, a
local man and his wife, coming home from a movie late that night just
happened to photograph the abducting vehicle in its descent to the
abduction site. That case also continued for many years and the
contactees developed pronounced psychic abilities they never had before.
Aboard the alien ship the brothers were somehow prepared to receive
transmissions and information form the ETs, and began to receive long
discourses in the alien language accompanied by sketches and drawings.
Gevaerd will deliver an illustrated platform presentation on the Maringa
case, with updating information. He publishes a slick UFO journal in the
Portuguese language called RUFOlogyS.
17. Guillermo Carlos Roncoroni of Argentina
Guillermo Carlos Roncoroni was for years the photo consultant to RCUARTA
DIMENSIONS, one of the best UFO magazines in the world, and he personally
participated in many exciting UFO investigations in his and neighboring
countries. He is an expert photographer himself and was familiar with all
the tricks of the trade. In his work with RCUARTA DIMENSIONS he received
many most remarkable photographs of UFOs for investigative follow-up as
well as testing. He frequently published photo analysis reports, and once
wrote a book on his own experiences with UFO phenomenon. Roncoroni will
present a selection of his best UFO photographs, and describe them and
their verification in detail at the UFO congress.
18. Cynthia Hind of Zimbabwe
Cynthia Hind has been a long time UFO investigator and serious researcher
in Africa for many years. She is author of many articles on UFOs
published in the leading UFO journals, and also of an excellent book on
the subject called RAfrican EncountersS. She has been all over the
continent investigating the more spectacular sightings and contactee
cases. Cynthia will report on UFO contact with black people, a subject of
considerable interest to her since her last book on UFOs, and to all black
people of the world.
19.Stan Deyo of Australia
Stan Deyo of Australia has been a diligent investigator and researcher on
this exotic UFO subject for many years in Australia. He is the author of
many well known books, RA COSMIC CONSPIRACYS and TTHE VINDICATION
SCROLLS T, his last work. Stan has travelled the world searching out the
evidence supporting his theories on this subject, and he has found a
mountain of very convincing evidence. Stan will report on the Australian
UFO scene today, and what he found in the desert outback years ago.
20 Tomislav Radisavgevic of Jugoslavia
Tomislav Radisavgevic is the leading Jugoslavian UFO researcher and
investigator in his part of southern Europe.Tomislav will brief of UFOs
over Jugoslavia and Albania, and will add information from the eastern
side of the Adriatic during the spectacular wave of sightings in that
region in the late 1978 and early 1979
21. Michael Hessemann of Germany.
Michael Hessemann is a young UFO researcher who jumped in with both feet
when he staged one of the biggest UFO congresses of all times at Frankfort
in 1989. It may also be said that he provided the best technical effects
arrangement of all time, with the best sound and projection control ever
seen at one of these congresses. Michael will brief on of his most
spectacular UFO investigations at this congress.
22. Giorgio Dibitonto of Genova, Italy
Giorgio Dibitonto began experiencing contacts with glowing
extraterrestrial beings who come out of glowing bell-shaped craft that
came to the surface of this planet beginning in 1980 and continuing
through 1988. Those beings told Georgio that they came from Venus, but
explained that it was from a level of Venus that we cannot see with
physical eyes, because they vibrate at a different frequency from us.
They said they had been coming here for a long time. Those ETs carry on
extensive dialogues with Dibitonto and his friends, and some were taken
aboard the densified ships. Dibitonto will report on his ET contacts and
what those beings had to say to him and his friends. Dibitonto has
published a full report on his contacts in his book RANGELS IN STARSHIPSS.
24. Paul Bondora of the U.S.A.
Paul Bondora has been a UFO contactee since he was a child. His
contactors, humans like us, say they have been coming here for a very
long time. They have guided PaulUs education and interests over the years
and have given him a great abundance of information. He has written 3
lengthy books on his experiences and the information he has learned.
These books, all still unpublished, are R THE REALITY ENGINEERS, RTHE
EXTRATERRESTRIAL HYPOTHESISS and another. Paul will deliver an
illustrated platform presentation on his personal experiences with the
extraterrestrials and what he has learned from them over a lifetime.
25. Larry W. Bryant of Virginia
Larry Bryant is a well known UFO investigator and researcher in our east
coast area of the United States. He is a former police officer and the
leader of a small UFO study group. He publishes an excellent journal
called RJUST CAUSES. Larry will brief on government documents obtained
through the Freedom of Information Act, about which he co-authored a book
called RCLEAR INTENTS, and what he has learned about the documents since
then.
26. Helene C. of Arizona
Helene is an elderly woman in her 60Us, although she doesnUt look it, who
is a lifelong UFO contactee, with her experience beginning in early
childhood under the age of 10. She has been a practicing Registered Nurse
nearly all her life, and has raised a family of children. Her ETs
continued to revisit her periodically throughout her life, sometimes being
absent for years. Some years ago Helene developed a cancer that quickly
metastacised and progressed to terminal stage, and her doctor had given
her a short time to live. She was weak and drawn and looked quite aged.
Then her ET visitors came back and seeing her plight, took her aboard
their ship again and treated the cancer, which miraculously was cured in a
few days. Some time later, after other physical debilities, they gave
her 7 units of some alien medicine in the form of RBBS-sized silver
balls, with instructions to take one every day for seven days. These
small pills completely restored her energy and vigor and made her feel
younger and healthier with each one taken. Helene will describe her
contacts and the cancer cure and will offer documentary evidence of the
cure and pictures of the tiny silver pills given her by the ETs.
27. Hazel Coe of Philadelphia
Hazel Coe is the surviving wife of the late Albert Coe, the author of a
most remarkable privately published account of his nearly lifelong
contacts with human ETs who told him they came from Tau Ceti, a sun like
ours not to far from us. Man4 years ago he published this account in a
book very aptly titled RTHE SHOCKING TRUTHS, in a very few copies, now
virtually extinct. He continued his journals after that, and had enough
for a second volume on his experiences with his visitors when he died of
cancer. Hazel, first as CoeUs girlfriend and then later as his wife, was
occasionally included in his contacts, and knew for certain they were
real and they were continuing. Hazel will deliver and illustrated
platform presentation on Albert CoeUs contacts with the beings from Tau
Ceti.
28. Gabriel Green of Yucca Valley
Gabriel Green was one of the early American figures in the investigation
and research of the UFO phenomena. He published the AFSCA Journal for
years, and wrote a book on UFOs. He made the personal acquaintance of
many of the early contactees, and spoke with them frequently in
confidence. Green was the one who first reported the Paul Villa contacts
and photographs, the Bob Renaud case, and many others. He published the
Bob Renaud case in considerable detail in his AFSCA Journals, from which 3
books were written in German and published by Ventla Vering. Green has a
considerable amount of information on the Renaud case that he never
released. That case continued on and off for many years and even up to
today. Green will deliver an illustrated platform presentation on the Bob
Renaud contacts over thirty years time.
29. Tarna Halsey of Salt Lake City
Tarna Halsey and her husband Frank were being contacted regularly by the
same ETs who had contacted FrankUs uncle Admiral RBullS Halsey, Commander
of the Pacific Fleet. Tarna became involved in her husbandUs contacts
early on, and became part of them, where husband and wife would contact
together. Commander Frank Halsey and his uncle dutifully reported their
contacts to the Navy and thus were in official files as contactees. After
President Eisenhower experienced his own contact with ETs, he summoned
various other official contactees, including Frank and Tarna Halsey, to
the White House for discussions. Tarna asked Eisenhower for details of
his contacts and begged him to tell the American people about them. He
told her he was not at liberty to do so. Tarna will deliver an illustrated
platform on her contacts with the ETs and her meeting with President
Eisenhower on the subject.
30. Roman Storch of Prague, Czechoslovakia
Roman Storch, now living in Tempe, Arizona, was abducted from a public
square in downtown Prague by a UFO many years ago, which changed his life
forever. Roman is a scientist and sculptor who carefully modeled the head
of one of his abductors, who had a physiognomy quite different form ours.
Roman will deliver an illustrated platform presentation on his abduction
and his abductors, at the Congress and will exhibit the sculptured head of
his visitors.
31. Omnec Onec of Venus
Omnec Onec has a very convincing story of her being brought here from the
Venus life wave, which vibrates at a finer frequency than ours, and being
densified into our frequency by careful preperation over some time, into
the body of a seven year old girl, which was introduced into a family in
Tennessee who then raised her as an earth child and sent her to earth
schools. She describes her life on Venus before coming here, the
preparation and trip to earth, the stages of the slowing down of her
natural vibrations, and desification into our Earth physical realm of
vibration which we all perceive as our physical world. She also describes
also describes her life on earth as seen through the eyes of a visitor for
the first time, its paradoxes, its sorrows and its small measures of joys.
Omnec has written up her biography of her experience in a book titled
RFROM VENUS I CAMES to be released early in 1991. Omnec will present her
own case from the platform and invite questions afterward.
32. Col. Robert O. Dean
Col. Bob Dean will present his personal views on the government cover-up
from his inside position for many years before retiring from the service.
Col. Dean was senior board member of the now defunct Aerial Phenomena
Research Organization (APRO) for many years, and is the remaining board
officer who had final custody of the APRO Organization and files and their
disposition. Dean will make his illustrated presentation from the
platform as the final lecture of the series in this Congress.
33. Pat Weissleader
Pat Weissleader, a nurse and former police officer, will describe her own
UFO abduction experience from the early age of 8 years. The contacts
continued and she began to go willingly when the ETs summoned her. At 18
she was impregnated by them and the baby was taken at four months. She
was again impregnated, more than once, and has two hybrid children with
the ETs and one here. Her Visitors told her they came from what we call
Tau Ceti. They have a pronounced canine aspect to their human appearance,
these characteristics being most notable in the pointed and floppy ears,
like some dogs, and in the expression around the muzzle. A baby
developing too much like them was taken, while one looking quite human was
allowed to develop in the mother and to be born and raised here. She will
describe this all and answer questions at the Congress.
34. Darryl Anka
About 17 years ago Darryl Anka and 4 friends on one occasion, and him and
2 others at another time, experienced a very close broad daylight physical
sighting of an equilateral triangular shaped craft about 20 feet on each
side by 8 feet thick, of dark gray metallic substances. Years later,
after much personal preparation, guided by some impetus outside of him,
Darryl began to RchannelS a voice that called itself BASHER, who used the
triangular ship as a vehicle in our native dimension of reality. Basher
said his natural density of being was not the same as ours and that he had
to control his reality into ours to become physical and tangible to us.
He continues to communicate things of a most profound nature through Daryl
and has attracted quite an audience in this country. Darryl will
demonstrate Bashar at this Congress and answer questions.
35. Gunther Kaack
Gunther Kaack of Kiel, Germany, began seeing unusual flying objects in the
late 1980Us, and has had contacts with the visitors since 1987. Gunther
has taken many color photographs of the luminous phenomena from the window
of his flat in Kiel. During one of his several contacts he was told Rthe
correct view of lifeS according to the visitors. He will bring a
selection of his pictures and will describe his contacts from the platform
at our Congress.
36. Philippe Piet Van Putten
Philippe Van Putten, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, will present a series of
recent UFO photographs of both structured discs in daylight sky and quite
spectular luminous phenomena in evening and night skies. He will describe
the methods used in computer analysis of UFO photographs and the results
of the Brazilian testing of these pictures. Philippe will also bring
video clips of selected scenes from Brazilian UFO movie documentaries and
live on-site investigations for your examination.
37. Linda Howe
Linda Howe, author and co-producer of the UFO documentary RStrange
HarvestS and a number of articles and conference presentations has
something special to offer. She will present a case where a family
observed the abduction of a cow by small silver-suited humaniods in
company with a larger human looking being. The creatures RfloatedS the
cow to a machine where it was taken aboard a cone-shaped craft. The
housewife was herself latter abducted by the ETs. Linda will present the

Jorge Martin is a journalist and publisher of a magazine on unusual
phenomena in Puerto Rico. He personally investigated the strange case of
two American Air Force jet fighter aircraft apparently being abducted
aboard a giant triangle-shaped UFO before the eyes of over 60 witnesses
observing it from many different directions. He interviewed many of these
witnesses himself and carried out an intensive investigation through
various official channels and agencies, with no significant result from
official sources. He is convinced the event really happened as described

My research (and several channellers, when plied with various beverages)
have revealed to me that the reason the seventies were such a peak UFO
sighting time is that a massive migration of ET types was in progress at
that time. The results of that migration can now be observed on reruns
of the Muppet Show, where the aliens' front-man, Jim Henson (recently
"terminated" by Operation Majority, the bastards) found inconspicuous
jobs for about 800 of them (check out that huge terraced wall full of 'em
in the opening sequence, just before Gonzo blows the trumpet).
The alien visitors are now in the second generation, and their offspring
star in the hit Saturday Morning TV show "Muppet Babies"...
You can see more of the aliens starring in "The Dark Crystal", the Star
Wars movies, "Labyrinth", etc... I only hope that they don't go seeking
revenge on Earthlings for Henson's death. I hope Frank Oz, their bumbling
human liaison, can keep them in check...

I myself personally do not 'believe' that there is a face on mars. However,
I don't disbelieve either. I am skeptical. I think it is interesting enough
that getting clearer pictures (such as are technically possible now, but
were not when Viking was built) should be a priority.

Perhaps. But Hoagland is not one of them. I have never seen his book in a
shop; I had to order it from a place in Berkeley. It was $12.95 and (IMHO)
well worth the money. Hoagland, by the way, by profesiion is a science
journalist.

I don't really care, you see, myself. Sooner or later we will have (or the

If this is just one small chapter of his book "Behold a Pale Horse"by William
Cooper, then I wonder if he has released a potential block buster.
Among the other bits, all under one single cover with 500pp for $22,
it is supposed to also have a copy of the `Protocals'(?) as well as
many other less public things collected with much sweet and tears(?).
Did he meet with any bullets? If he is correct in even only 70% of what
he says, he has let loose of a big BOOM.
I wonder what his sense is in regards to "Matrix II" based on his
observations and discoveries to date?

Steve, he appeared to refer mostly to only one group of aliens that
has values which tolerate the methods and values of some of our secret
government activities. So from that limited, but very possibly truthful,
perspective on the small, yet very big in itself, part which he saw,
he could very well have spotted that set of issues that most diserves
our real and imediate attention if the benevolent aliens as you imply are
constrained by non-interference directives that may have be involked by
the malevolent aliens interacting in the capacities implicated and as
indicated by him.
I wish the picture were simpler, but there may be undisclosed conditions
at the interstellar level of which a malevolent group knew about when
they made the arrangments or contracts with our learship or supposedly
`Elected' representatives of the U.S. whereby they tied the hands of
the truely benevolent races or groups of aliens from any species.
I think Coopers story deserves an open-minded once over from what
I've seen to date both paranormally and objectively.

I'm not a bonafied investigator but it appears to me that one of the
methods is to find some sort of inner connection to a sixth sense of sorts
and then with that, what at times seems paranormal, sense follow the hints
while using a very critical engineering mind for reality while still
retaining an objective open view with the possibilities implied by
a form of multi-dimensional electrodynamic physics beyond normal time-space
reality values as seldom if ever is seen in any college classroom(for
obvious reasons of government security I would suspect).

Also, I think the goverment(some parts of it) are Deadly serious about
following up on those Huntsvill(sp?) Alabama(?) findings which led
up to the Global 2000 Report to the President, etc. They would in either
the malevolent or benevolent instance need to get a much tighter totalitarian
control on things at this point of development from their perspective, which
I feel uneasy about, given their prior values exercised by way of examples
now recorded in history(or revisionist history?).
In short, either way things go, it could be nasty, whether they are
intent on ultimate cruel power and control, or if they just want
to get past a lot of mistakes and rough spots so they can have a progresive
responsible future of tommorrow, let alone live to see the year 2013-2020.
Many in the world may end up making their choice by way of a massive paradigm
shift resulting in a global time-line split of very large proportions
where some in their virtual index as a large group split to the go-around-
again loop if you will and the other appearent large group shifts to a
more benevolent loop in their virtual index into the continum if you will.
For some this abstract split could be very turmultuous in a very real and
physical way in their virtual realities.
In one reality, one group appears to be subjigated and many members killed
possibly followed by appearent war and self destruction, while the other
probability constrained associative time-line, if you will, progresses to
a final opening up of a forgivness period of realization and joining with
the progresive groups of beings from here on earth and other planets.
I feel determinism and it associations to net conciousness/experience
structures, as our abstract subset concious being minds relate to from
one appearent serial virtual reality moment to the next, is understood
by too few people today because of poor excuses for using the cloak of
secrecy, in the name of control and power of a select few over the masses.
What was learned from the Montauk experience should have been shared
to a greater degree and would likely have been if it wasn't for the greed,
fear, and power. What an experience this time-line has been for me.
Humbug I say, many made their choices. Maybe all of us ultimatelyy do
make the big paradigm shift in ~2000. That is a third possibility.
