   The Earth is under attack (again) by the Ice Warriors who have taken
 control of the T-MAT system. The T-MAT is a matter transporting system
 which has become the accepted mode of transport, replacing the aircraft
 and ships of today. The Ice Warriors take control of the relay station
 on the moon and use T-MAT to transport seed pods to Earth. These pods
 release deadly spores which mutate into a fungus and drain the atmosphere,
 making it suitable for the Ice Warriors.
   The Doctor uses the T-MAT to travel to Earth and finds the planet in
 chaos. The Ice Warriors have control of the weather control station and
 are cooling the planet. The Doctor manages to regain control of the station
 and warms the infected areas, causing rain which destroys the fungus.
 The Ice Warriors are despatched using a solar powered gun.
