TARRAGON VINAIGRETTE

                       TARRAGON VINAIGRETTE



6 T. olive oil

1/4 c. white wine vinegar

2 T. water

2 minced garlic cloves

4 t. minced fresh tarragon or 1-1/2 t. dried

4 t. dijon mustard

1/2 t. sugar

1/2 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper


          Whisk all ingredients.
