                           CARAMEL CHEX



4-1/2 to 5 c. Chex or Crispix cereal

1/2 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

2 T. corn syrup


          Microwave last 3 ingredients on high for 1 minute. 

Stir and microwave one more minute.  Add cereal and toss.
