In saucepan over medium heat, heat remaining soup, water and reserved dripping to boiling, stirring ocassionally. Thin sauce with additional water to desired consistency. Spoon over meat. Add enough meat mixture to cover the chips, then cover the meat with 1/2 sour cream mixture. Repeat layers; bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Add taco spice, mix, and simmer. Chop lettuce, grate cheese. Heat shells in microwave for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients to shells as desired. Serves 4.
