The X-Files: Mulder poem

                         *MULDER*

He works in the basement of the FBI
Working on cases most think are lies.
His partner is none other than a skeptic, you see
Who believes that logic is always the key.
He's been with the FBI for a very long while
In search of the truth behind the X-Files.
The X-File cases are most left unsolved
The other non-believers don't dare get involved.
In his desk, on the board is a sign so naive'
It says in big letters "I WANT TO BELIEVE"
What is his passion? The whole bureau knows
Supernatural forces and big UFO's.
It's almost too crazy, so totally blown
He assures us so calmly....we are not alone.
His nickname reflects what others might feel
"Spooky" it seems but never quite real.
His bosses most surely want Mulder to fail.
In hoping he'll pack-up, pick-up and bail.
Agent Scully is there to monitor his work
And report to superiors who all seem like jerks.
She has seen so much, how can she be skeptic
All the evidence is pointing to something so hectic.
In his quest for the truth, he has found a mysterious guide
Who Mulder can trust, believe and confide
But after a series of clues that weren't very real
They both realized they got a bad raw deal
They trust only each other, which seems so right
Both stand together in a conspiracy plight.
He followed a man who's "Fire" could blister.
But never losing track on the search for his sister.
To describe Agent Mulder would be a true sin
For someone so perfect ...it's hard to begin.
Whether he's deep in the arctic or or somewhere "Beyond the sea"
Mulder will always be a true hero to me.
