** Here it is! The much sought after "Star Trek Actors' Other Roles" **
** FAQ. The FAQL now consists of four parts: **
** **
** Part1 -- This file... **
** Part2 -- Contains listings for all regular or recurring **
** characters in any incarnation of Star Trek **
** Part3.1 -- Contains listings for guest stars from any **
** incarnation of Star Trek, whose last names fall **
** in the range A - H. **
** Part3.2 -- Contains listings for guest stars from any **
** incarnation of Star Trek, whose last names fall **
** in the range I - O. **
** Part3.3 -- Contains listings for guest stars from any **
** incarnation of Star Trek, whose last names fall **
** in the range P - Z. **
** Part4 -- Contains listings of crossovers between Star Trek **
** and several other Television shows, as well as **
** a listing of actors for whom no roles outside of **
** Star Trek are known... **
** Part5 -- Contains an alphabetical listing of all actors, **
** one per line, who are listed in any other part of **
** the FAQL. **
** **
** The listings in the 2nd and 3rd parts are done alphabetically **
** by actor/actress, and consist of three fields: **
** **
** THEATRE -- Roles in productions for live audiences. **
** On or off-Broadway... **
** **
** TELEVISION -- Any roles on television, from guest-spots **
** to series roles, from Television Movies to **
** documentaries. **
** **
** PICTURES -- Roles in productions made for the silver- **
** screen. Also includes made-for-video, but **
** will be specified. **
** **
** Special symbols/notation used: **
** **
** [] -- Used for comments. This may include such **
** things as other positions occupied by the **
** person, alternate titles for the picture, **
** etc... i.e. [Producer], [aka Filofax] **
** **
** {} -- Used for episode titles in a series, i.e. **
** Star Trek {Turnabout Intruder} **
** **
** () -- Used for dates. Under the Television field **
** series runs are given, i.e. Star Trek (66-69) **
** Under the Pictures field year of release is **
** given, i.e. ST VI:TUC (91). Movie dates given **
** as (!93!) are movies for which I have conflicting **
** reports; i.e. one contributor says Denise Crosby **
** WAS in "Raising Arizona" and another says she was **
** not, so the entry is: Raising Arizona (!yr!). **
** **
** * -- May be used with () under the TV field. **
** This indicates that the actor/actress was a **
** series regular for the given time period, **
** but left the show early, or joined it late **
** **
** ?? -- Indicates unknown information (generally dates) **
** **
** [DTV] -- Indicates a movie or other production which was **
** made for release on video (a Direct To Video title)**
** **
** ----- Changes since the last revision ----- **
** **
** Added 1 new Crossover section **
** (many thanks to Mark Perew) **
** 55 Actors' entries expanded **
** **
** ------------------------------------------- **
** **
** Well, I think that covers it. This is to be posted monthly. **
** Note that although this is posted monthly, updates/revisions may **
** occur less often (I'll try to make it no longer than 2 months **
** between revisions). So don't assume new material is included -- **
** watch the "Version: " line in the header, it changes only when **
** updates/revisions occur. **
** **
** Corrections and additions welcome (and requested). Happy viewing. **
