Smokey Salmon Spread
Smokey Salmon Spread Appetizers 1 Can (14 3/4 oz) Salmon 2-8 oz. Packages Cream Cheese 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream 1 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Green Onions 3-4 Drops Natural Liquid Hickory Smoke Crackers or French Bread Rounds Drain Salmon. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, heavy cream and dill weed until light and fluffy. Beat in salmon and green onions until thoroughly combined. Season with liquid smoke to taste. Chill several hours before serving to let the flavors mingle. To serve spread on crackers, or bread rounds. Makes 25 servings, about 3 1/2 cups.
