CHEESY FRUIT AND NUT SPREAD

                    CHEESY FRUIT AND NUT SPREAD



3 T. honey

1 T. apple brandy or orange

juice


8 oz. softened cream cheese

1/2 c. chopped dried apples

1/4 c. toasted chopped pecansGradually add honey and brandy to cream cheese.  Stir in

apples and pecans.  Cover and chill.  Serve with apple and bear

slices and assorted crackers.  Makes 1-3/4 cups.
