In the old days chalk boards were black. They changed them because they were to hard on your eyes.They taught all first through sixth grades in the same room! So by the time you got to sixth grade you knew almost everything. They did not have kindergarten so you started in first. They didnÕt ride the bus because there were none. They walked or road by horse. All the benches were in 12 rows two for each grade. The desks had holes in the corner for ink.
PRESENT
Now we have our own desks and chairs. We learn Science, Spelling, Math, Writing, Reading, and a lot of other stuff. For our Specials we have Gym, Art, Library, Music, Band, Chorus, and, of course, Computer. For lunch we can buy or bring.
FUTURE
In the future I think the school will be up in the air. The school busses will also fly. Our teachers will be machines. The school lunches will be the same. But the swrliys, beating up, and swear words on the bathroom walls will be the same. All the Specials will also be the same.

Old days and near future
Old days: They did not have school buses. They had to walk or hitch hike and they had wooden desks. They did not have specials like music. They where given home work and if you did not do it you would get twice the home work you had the last night. They did not have any Xerox machines. You were given lessons that where written on the board. They sold milk, but you could not buy your lunch. If a parent wanted to talk to their child they just went to their room. In gym they did not take showers and they did not make fun of the other kids clothes!
Future: Well right now our school has buses. In the future they will still have buses but different type of fuel that will not pollute the air. I think we might have a book that has every subject in it, I mean in one book. Maybe computer class will have a little more technology than now. There might be different subjects than we have now. School I think might be easier than now. I think because they will have more technology than we do now.

Education Past, Present, Future!
FUTURE: In the future what I think is going to happen is there might be different subjects from what we have today. There also might be a room for bad kids to sit in if they are bad. They might have to eat lunch in their classrooms. They might have one book to carry around that has all the subjects in it.There might be only one room for all the students. There might be different science experiments also.
PAST: In the olden days they had wooden desks with ink wells to store ink in. Some people had to walk to school every day. there werenÕt any school buses for the children to ride to school. People back then didnÕt have ballpoint pens. Some students had only one teacher. They didnÕt have any specials, but they did have art. Some people were taught in their homes because they didnÕt have schools be their houses.
PRESENT: Today we have a lot of things to do. They didnÕt have very much to do back then. Today we have green chalk boards because black boards and yellow chalk could strain your eyes. ThatÕs why we have green chalk boards today. Today we also have computers and other fun things to do. Today we study art pictures showing things like they had back then in the old days. Today we also have Band, Chorus, and intermurals. We have all sorts of after school activities that are fun and enjoyable. When some kids come to school in the morning some of them eat breakfast because they donÕt eat breakfast at home.

THE FUTURE SCHOOL DAYS
I think that in the future everything will be electronic, and you wonÕt have to go to school you could be taught over a computers. TheyÕll have more work and more specials. TheyÕll have more work because they would have to learn more things to get by in life. In their history class they would talk about different historic things.
THE PRESENT SCHOOL DAYS
Now a days, some classes have computers, but some donÕt. We have text books and different supplies like science kits and extra activities like Discovery,Intermurals, Music, Art, Library, Computer class, Chorus, Band, Gym, and classes for extra teaching . We have pens, better desks, are served lunch, have more rooms and teachers.
